I love getting free samples when I buy things. Mainly because I like trying new products before I buy them but also because everyone likes to feel like they're getting something for nothing.
1. Clarins HydraQuench Cream: this is a pretty generous sized sample ( I've had a few of the teeny mini ones) I love this cream. I have the full size anyway but the jar is heavy and too bulky to carry around. This bottle was perfect to keep in my bag for travel. I (obviously) would recommend this cream to anyone that occasionally gets a bit of dry skin.
2. Clarins One-Step Facial Cleanser: I wasn't really impressed by this. It left my skin feeling oily and I felt I needed to wash my face afterwards, despite the fact it's no rinse. It didn't do wonders for my skin and didn't even remove all of my make up. I won't be purchasing this in full size.
3.Biotherm Multi Recharge daily protective energetic moisturiser: I liked this, it didn't smell too strongly and did the trick. It left my face really soft before make up application in the mornings. It's not the best cream I've ever tried so I think I can't justify buying the full size. Especially considering its £29.
4. Chanel Hydra Beauty Gel Crème. I love this. Love love love this. It smells delicious, kind of apple-y, but not sickly. It did a great job of leaving my face thoroughly moisturised without any greasy residue on my face (as I get with some rich moisturisers). If I could afford to buy the full size, I would. At £50, I think it's something to be added to the wishlist.
Have you tried any of these products? What did you think?

I've been wanting to try Clarins products for awhile now, but I assume I should stay away from this one! Nice to meet another blogging duo!

Clarins is a fantastic brand for Skincare, not so much for make up. The packaging could do with a revamp though, I don't they market it well towards younger people.
