NEXT | 2016 Beauty Launches
Did you know Next had their own beauty range? Nor did we! That is until we went to their 2016 beauty launch a few months ago in London and were pleasantly surprised by the range they have!
From lipstick to skincare, they've got everything a girl could need to fill their makeup bags and more. Held at the super trendy Icetank private venue near Tottenham Court Road, Next Beauty put on quite the treat for us with make up artists, food and wine and a special live tutorial by Lydia Millen.
Take a look at the pics from the event and make sure you check our Next's website for their full range of products*!
You can see Lydia's full day and night tutorials here.
Have you tried Next's products before? Which is your favourite?

Tom Kerridge | Hand and Flowers | Review
Two Michelin Stars, Four AA Rosettes, Three time winner of Best Gastro Pub. Could this restaurant be any more highly recommended? With Tom Kerridge as the owner, there's no wonder there's a 12 month waiting list to get a table!

Rosie Bea // Elegant Touch & Eylure Collab
I love it when brands team up with vloggers and bloggers to create a collaborative collection. Nothing makes bloggers feel appreciated and respected more, than having one of their own reach fame or brand recognition.
This collection by Rosie Bea is actually one of my favourite ranges by Eylure and Elegant Touch. They've worked with bloggers, vloggers and makeup artists such as Fleur de Force and Vegas Nay, as well as collaborating with other brands and celebs such as House of Holland and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.
These Eylure X Rosie Bea lashes and Elegant Touch X Rosie Bea* nails are now my faves, I've managed to work my way through pretty much the whole range now. The nails range from £5.50 to £6.50 and the lashes ranging from £5.00 to £6.50 and are available on their website and exclusively in Superdrug stores.
I love a good bit of nail art from time to time, but I simply don't have the patience.. or skill.. to do them myself, so glue on nails such as these are my quick fix to achieve an edgy, statement look.
With lashes, the fluttery-er the better! These full strips and demi-lashes (for the outer corners) are perfect for day or night and just feel so weightless you'll forget they're even there!

Paperchase | Stationery Flatlay Workshop
A short while ago, I was invited along to a Blogger's Flatlay Workshop run by the creatives at Paperchase, Tottenham Court Road. We got to hang out with some pretty cool bloggers, eat mini sandwiches and tartlets and create lots of cute flat lays with a range of different products - all of which can be found at Paperchase stores!
I went along with Juanita from Oh So Vague, a great blogger I know from Uni, as Kirsty was not available. With so many different stationery ranges available, we were quick to grab these adorable pieces, mostly from their Raindrops collection and well.. as much gold/pastel coloured pieces we could find!
Knowing what makes a good flatlay is the key to blogging these days, so this workshop was really helpful in helping us style photos, knowing what is 'too much' and how to place things, what to include and how to grab the most attention.
This is by far my favourite image. The heart shaped paperclips are beaut and I love the contrast of the brown and black with the metallic writing.
Main thing I've learnt: symmetry, alignment and angles are your best friend when it comes to placing items in your flatlay. Lining up items in perfect rows, or juxtaposition-ing items to create depth and contrast to turn a boring image of random items into an Instagram-worthy images that not only tells a story but it almost guaranteed views and likes.
We were lucky enough to keep some of these cute items of stationery to continue photographing them and using them at home. I love my notebook, list book and magnetic clipboard which now sits on my fridge door for shopping lists etc.!
So a huge thank you to all at Paperchase for another fun filled workshop! We can't wait for your next one!
Here's some more photos from the day :D
