Superdrug Salt Spray

I have been lusting after the bumble and bumble version of this product for over a year now, but I could never actually justify buying it because its pricey and, until recently, I didn't like having messy hair. I saw this in Superdrug for about 2.00 and I thought why not.
It's really good for backcombing and giving volume, as well as the classic beach bum look. It's not too heavy but it did make my hair feel quite icky and dirty. I think it gives great texture and allows me to create looks that are the polar opposite of the usual sleek 'do I aim for.

For the price, you can't really go wrong!
xoxo Kirsty

  1. I've never tried back combing before. Would be a fun attempt. Will keep this in mind, though I'm not a fan of feeling icky.

    1. It depends a lot on what products you use in your hair before the salt spray. If your hair is clean then it should be fine. Back combing is super fun to do, brushing out the tangles isn't though! Xo

  2. I was after the bumble and bumble one for ages but didnt see the point in spending so much! Plus I tried it out in store and it smelt rank! Ended up buying the tony & Guy version which I much prefer however I know what you mean about it feeling icky. Have to wash my hair the next day if I use it otherwise it turns in to one big tangled mess! Bloomin' Salt sprays! xx

    1. Haha precisely! It seems silly to spend so much on something that essentially is only making your hair dirty. The price we pay for pretty hair! Xo
