JANUARY FAVOURITES

I have tried to narrow down this list as much as possible but I’ve discovered a few new must haves this past month that I really wanted to include.

1 O.P.I Avojuice skin quenchers: I got the coconut melon scent in a set and I fell in love with it. I am a massive hand cream fan and I love trying out new ones. This cream was great at moisturising my hands without leaving them feeling greasy and it smells delicious.

2 Chanel COCO Mademoiselle perfume: This perfume is definitely a great addition to any collection. It is light and floral without being too sweet. It is ideal for either day to nighttime wear because its not too overpowering but is very long-lasting. Unlike some other Chanel perfumes its not too powdery so its a brilliant perfume for younger women.

3 The Body Shop Spiced Vanilla Body Butter: I love the smell of this body butter, its yum. It makes your skin silky and gets absorbed pretty well. It is heavily scented but not so much that it will overwhelm the perfume you decide to wear.

4 Stila Lip Glaze: I am so happy Stila is back!! I usually hate lip gloss, its sticky and irritating and my hair gets stuck in it- but for this lip glaze I make an exception. I bought the set from www.feelunique.co.uk. It contains 8 really wearable, super glossy shades, my favourite is dreamy CJ for the colour (caramelly).

5 Nivea Visage Tinted Moisturising Day Cream in Natural: My usual foundation doesn’t match my face so well because I’m super pale at the moment (there is not a great deal of sun here in winter) and during the day I don’t really like the feel of make up on my face. This moisturiser is super pigmented so it really is more like a light coverage foundation. Plus the winter winds wreak havoc on my skin and really dry it out so this has helped a lot.

6 Burts Bees Radiance Day Cream with royal jelly: Some days my skin feels drier than others and i feel like the face cream I use as part of my daily skin regime isn’t enough so this has been great to use additionally. It is not too heavily scented and doesn’t leave any greasy residue which is ideal if you plan on applying your base soon after.
